We will check the situation and suggest appropriate measures.

The AirCoke is a musical instrument that "creates sound" by filling a plastic bottle with air.
The clear sound, different from both xylophone and xylophone, is infinitely adjustable in pitch (2.5 octaves if you push it to the limit).

It is actually not well known who discovered such a mysterious principle (my guess is that it was a pet bottle).
(My guess is that someone who makes plastic bottle rockets discovered it by accident…)

You can arrange any notes you like and play them freely,
You can play any notes you like, or you can play melodies like a marimba (xylophone) by arranging several units together.

The structure itself is very simple, but there are several barriers to practical use.

(1) How to fill it with air, adjust the air volume, and prevent air leaks?

(2) What is the design of the setting (stand)?

(3) Which bee, inflator, and other peripheral equipment are best suited?

After much research, we have finally created the optimum form.

We use "tubeless valves" used for bicycle and car tires.

It can be inflated to a very high pressure using a bicycle inflator.
By pressing the protrusion in the center of the valve, you can release the air and adjust the pitch.

A combination of packing and a special adhesive is used to create a clean appearance while preventing air leakage as much as possible.

What is the design of the setting (stand)?
We made the design as stripped down as possible, with holes drilled in a wooden board.
It can be played by simply inserting a plastic bottle.

By combining it with a cymbal stand, you can have a highly flexible setting, such as lying down, standing up, and changing the angle in various ways.

Which is the best type of sticks, air inlet, and other peripherals?
The stick uses an original stick mallet
The air intake is lightweight, compact, and powerful.
We also compared different companies and selected the best one for the stand, which increases the flexibility of the setting.

Everything is sold as an all-in-one unit, so you can start playing the day you receive it.

Of course, Air Cork has its weaknesses.

(1) It is susceptible to temperature changes.

Since the pitch is determined by the air pressure, when it gets cold (air contracts), the pitch will decrease, and when it gets hot, the opposite will happen.
Temperature control at the performance venue is critical.

(2) Tuning is troublesome.

Tuning is similar to that of stringed instruments.
It is a time-consuming instrument because it must be tuned before each note is played.

(3) Limited number of notes

As a result of the pursuit of balance, the maximum number of notes in one instrument is nine.
If you want more notes, you need to set up multiple instruments.

4) Unknown defects

This is a newly born instrument.
There is a possibility that defects may occur during use.

However, in total, it is an attractive instrument that more than makes up for the above shortcomings.
Please try to create your own unique sound string.
